Thursday, November 26, 2015 - Over a year since I've had a Moment.
Color is golden, wine is clear, did upright over night.
First sip, very smooth, coats the palate and demands your attention.
Alcohol there I'm sure, but you feel no burn.
The cascade of exotic fruits excite as the flavors are not all identifiable, but I love them.
Another sip, another sip, I can picture the barrel room, casks of fancy french oak lined up.
Every sip is telling me a different story, loving this wine.
