Wednesday, April 22, 2020 - We took from the wine cooler and pnp'd. We probably should have decanted for an hour to let all the flavors intergrate and shine through. Stone fruit on the nose. Color of golden yellow. The palate was a marriage of apricot and orange marmalade with hints of melon. The finish was long and lingering. Served with our dinner of crab stuffed flounder.
