Sunday, March 27, 2016 - Superb expression of Pinot Gris. Subdued nose, touches of golden apple. Palate is rammed full of flavour, ripe golden orchard fruit, spice, stone fruit, and superb length. Acidity still strong for the varietal, has life left. Perfect phase of drinking. One of my very favourite styles of white.
