Saturday, January 26, 2013 - Look: Bright plum/burgundy.
Nose: Heavy crushed raspberry with subtle but distinct tones of fatty meat mixed with a bit of straw. Distinct floral notes.
Taste: Well balanced, acidity and tannic structure, bright blackberry, finished with white pepper. Fills mouth with flavor - long finish.
