Saturday, July 23, 2016 - Had this while cooking, then consuming a meal built around a cedar plank wild sockeye salmon. Yum, yum - dark cherries, a hint of blueberries, and a bit of the earthy/smoky stuff I love, all well in balance. Just a touch of heat on the back end, but not distracting or degrading. Would love to have more of this.
