Thursday, September 29, 2022 - Really nice development 11 years on w/ this village Chassagne. Still fresh and resilient acidity, but with bruléed pineapples and a bit of deserty sweet to round out the more oxidative style finsh. Despite this, the finish still has great balance and acidity. Developed nicely over the course of an hour, hour, and a half. Beaut!
