Monday, June 1, 2020 - Few hours of air in bottle. Drank in Gabriel Standart.
Appearance is clear, pale intensity, ruby colour. Legs.
Nose is clean, medium intensity, with aromas of light airy earth, bit of undergrowth, floral garden bush, green herbs mint spice, sour red cherries. Developing.
On the palate, dry, high acidity, medium alcohol (13.1%), medium+ tannins, medium+ body. Medium+ flavour intensity, with flavours of sweet red cherries, sour red cherries, savoury earth, undergrowth, salty minerals, lightly green herbal mint spice. Long finish.
Very good quality. Classy slow-burn wine. Still can go on for a few more years. Will re-taste again tonight - Lingonberry nose on day 2.
