Wednesday, September 16, 2015 - Decanted approx. 1 hour ... Always one of my favorite Bedrock Syrahs, this is showing beautifully now with a little air. Great balance between rich and lean, with bright up front fruit, a wonderfully smokey mid, backed by an acid pop and firm tannic backbone to keep everything in check. Dark, chewy and complex. Year in, year out Kick Ranch Syrah is one of our favs. Regretting "only" getting half a case.
