Tuesday, January 9, 2007 - Dark fruits in the nose -- Blackberry, Black Currant. Also hints of Anise & Cloves. Very big wine with heavy tannins upon opening, flavors include blackberry, black cherry, almonds, and a tiny bit of pepper on finish. Fantastic wine overall, especially considering the reasonable price.
