Monday, August 8, 2016 - Too young, but great potential. Thick texture, almost jammy. Luckily there is a good acidity counterbalancing this jammy sensation. Aromas of dried plums, medicinal herbs, roasted figs, vanilla. Long on the palate but quite compact and monolithic. Let it age for at least 4/5 years.
