Wednesday, September 2, 2015 - From magnum. White pepper, sweet spice, red cherry, and some dark earth. An overall sweetness to the nose. Spearmint on the back of the nose. Blackberry and black cherry on the palate, light tar, sweet flowers and white and black pepper on the backpalate. Paired with roasted venison but has not yet developed the full array of secondary elements to pair perfectly. This has a long life in front of it, and in this format is at least ten years away from full maturity. 94-95
