Friday, August 26, 2016 - Even better than the last bottle. This showed more depth and complexity with deft balance. My half baked theory is that Pagani is almost too warm in the ripe years, and really shines in the cooler years. This is certainly my fav Pagani and one of my fav Bedrock. Punches above it's weight and price.
