Saturday, October 26, 2019 - Lemons, lime, white flowers, some nutts, butter, minerals and loads of fat chalk.
Great length and balance and superb acidity.
A "mini Les Chétillons", perfect to enjoy now while waiting for the "big brother" to come around.
Very good Champagne, and the 2008 excels.
