Monday, February 10, 2014 - Lots of opinions on this wine. I enjoyed the style, but was a bit surprised at first, expecting something either similar to other Spanish Grenache or over-the-top amazing as some of the reviews were so high. With a bit of reflection, this reminds me (as others have noted) more of a new-world CdP: big, bold, blended and a bit high on the alcohol. Well worth the cost in my view and an excellent wine.
