Saturday, February 13, 2016 - Dinner at Vic's (Vic's Fine Dining): Decanted 30 minutes, drank 1/5th the bottle over 90 minutes. This is big and young. The oak is quite present at this moment. It did flesh out well in the glass, showing elegance, minerality and some nice tannins.
