Saturday, September 6, 2014 - Sweet lemon/orange fruit, almost like preserved oranges with an interesting, distinctive North African spice note. Quite concentrated with great acidity, with air and as it warms up it picks up more power and drive and it's got that lovely suspended mineral extract the good Jura wines have, that tastes foresty and rocky and earthy all at once. Really good.
