Monday, May 13, 2013 - Initially closed but with air, opens up a bit with red berries and a lot of minerality and really nice acids. Palate follows with silky but earthy texture. Not sure if it went carbonic maceration. Fruit opens up more on day 2 and gains just a hair of weight. Still very light on its feet, though.
