Wednesday, February 11, 2015 - This is really fantastic right now. It's lush and extracted, for SB, the color is deep gold , like an old burg. Acid is mellowed , but the grass and herbal, green pepper , are all there. I was really surprised it was 100%, the softness,made me think it had to have Semillon. This lower end example , is remarkable, at the moment. (wish I had more) Also important to know, they even instruct to serve it at 50-55 f like a Burgundy.
