Tasted non blind.

Light yellow color in the glass, clear looking throughout with medium, steady beading. Lovely, fresh nose of green apples, anjou pears and lemon spritzer. Crisp, clean flavors of green apples, lemon-lime soda with an underlying hint of creaminess. Bright acidity, full bodied. Drink or hold.
