Tuesday, November 30, 2021 - A nice white Bordeaux, but probably a bit past its prime. Still balanced and complex, with less intensity than when I last tasted it a couple of years ago. Fat texture, lacks a bit of tension and energy. A touch of slight oxidation I think, but still enjoyable to drink. Just not a good value though.
