Wednesday, February 13, 2013 - Interesting flavor profile, almost chardonnay like with butter and pear, but with the acidity of a Sauvignon blanc. Nose doesn't give a ton, a bit reticent but had some of the vanillan hint of a Cali chard. But in my mind, the acidity here makes this a wildly food friendly wine. Say, for a meaty white fish like sole or branzino.
