Monday, July 3, 2023 - Pop and pour. As usual, overfilled btl and some mold on the saturated cork under the capsule. Just lovely. Pure honey, oxidative lemon, a soft touch of lanolin. Golden in color. On the palate: fantastic acidity and richness. Intense sour tangerine, lemon oil, confited peach, juxtaposed against spice and white pepper. Fantastic complexity and in an excellent place right now.
