Likes this wine:

Thursday, April 29, 2021 - 18ct golden color; This wine is quite idiosyncratic: Nose of marzipan, bitter almond; touch of aldehyde like in a "vin jaune", some chamomile plus a medley of other undefinables .
On the palate a whiff of honey, turkish delight without the sweetness, hint of "retsina", again a bit of chamomile, lanolin; good complexity.
An interesting, intriguing and good mouthful of wine. The best bottle of Coulee de Serrant I have had to date.
