Friday, October 25, 2013 - Drank at Craft LA. Perfect pairing for oysters and the calamari salad. Extremely crisp and citrusy. acidity in balance. Compares quite well with the French versions believe it or not. That said it also costs about the same as Huet secs which are some of my favorites.
