Thursday, November 21, 2013 - Medium to light golden yellow. Intensive nose with the typical primary note resembling fino sherry (the only way I can describe it, is a mixture between tire rubber and freshly baked bread), coupled with apple and caramel notes. In the mouth, medium bodied, medium to high acidity, that is however very balanced. Principally flavours of fino sherry, hazelnut, apple and some floral notes. The most impressive however is, how these flavours seem to expand on the superbly long finish. All in all excellent. Seems to have improved over the last year.
