Wednesday, December 25, 2013 - Had this on Christmas day with pan seared salmon and sauteed asparagus, red pepper and red onions. Paired surprisingly well. Red cherries and cranberries.. nose and palate. Off dry, good acidity, medium to full bodied. Very smooth with a medium finish. I don't do sparkling wines often, but this was delicious! 89+
