Sunday, April 28, 2013 - Jura is never dull. The sharp (almost effervescent) acidity and pure apples on the palate is reminiscent of a hard cider. Not very giving aromatically, there's plenty of complexity on the palate: from tart apples through violets and finally ending with an almond finish, there's plenty to enjoy (and contemplate!) here.
