Tuesday, December 25, 2012 - Ruby red, slow legs; nose plum, warm, full-bodied, soft, fruity; palate soft tannins, earthy, a bit sweet but strong, dark, liquorice, vanilla. Good with La Rustique camembert, might tolerate pepper steak.
