Saturday, November 8, 2014 - Totally closed on first night, both aromatically and on the palate. Will see how this develops over a few nights.

2nd night: slightly spirity nose, hint of jujubes and rose petal aromas - a bit confected. Full to medium bodied, adequate acid zing with medium tannins, still quite tight in the midpalate, coffee grinds, stewed plum flavours predominate with a hint of dried coconut and spice in the background, these flavours continue with length. A touch spirity.
