n - limes! limes!
t - limes! mouth-watering, steely, intense, still very tight, i think it'll get much better
Left this in the fridge for 4 days and tried it again - hardly oxidised at all, no vinegar, it had just become a bit rounder. I normally find this an indicator that a wine is set for a long life.
