Friday, March 13, 2015 - Vindredi (Barcode (Bellevue, WA)): Tasted blind. My first note is "yum!". Very pretty nose, with sweet fruit, flowers and spice. Soft and lovely palate, with ripe red fruit and fine spice. Slightly drying tannins come along with good acidity on the finish. While elegant, this started off a bit simple, but improved quite a bit with time in the glass.
