Thursday, January 12, 2017 - Aerated with Vinturi - popped and poured
Notes of black pepper and cassis instantly hit the nose
Black fruit as well is starting to come out
Little hot at 14.9% but still nice. Subtle light fruit tines move to easy tannins structure that slides into a dryness
Some light licorice that has a bit jamminess to the very end. Should be outstanding with steak.
91 due to good control of transitions across the palate
