Saturday, December 3, 2011 - Bordeaux Left Bank 1989 and 1990 (semi blind) (Restaurant Beddington Amsterdam): Very similar to my notes last year; such an Elegant and at the same time powerful wine. Lots of ripe fruit tones, graphite, minerals and earth plus a sweet tone in the nose. Beautiful elegance wrapped within its Pauillac character. Ages beautifully.
