Sunday, January 8, 2023 - I normally don’t drink Cabernet franc so this bottle had been sitting in my wine cellar since 2011. Although we opened this wine well past the end drink date we were pleasantly surprised. Berry, cherry and oak stand out as well as softened tannins.
