Friday, January 11, 2013 - Excellent young bottle of Bougros. Serious sea shell and saline with sublime orchard fruits of apple and peaches. White florals, great touch of citrus acidity, ending with a long smooth finish. Very little new oak makes this a pleasure to drink now. Sub $35. Again Excellent.
