Saturday, February 20, 2016 - Big and Bold Dinner @Shelter In the Woods (Greenwood Ave Singapore): Fully mature and in a great spot this had a subtle elegant nose of blackcurrant and cherries and a lovely palate of fruit leather smoke chocolate and licorice. Amazing finish with secondary development of spices and pepper tickling away. The tannins present but in a good way as with all old CdP. Lovely
