Monday, February 12, 2024 - DRC, Bizot, Pignan, Soldera and Grange (L'envol, St Regis, HK): Bottle decanted.
More brick red shade and past peak, but still very entertaining.
Still some acid left, herbs and forest floor.
Nose medium plus to intense, finish medium.
Drink up.
