Saturday, November 2, 2013 - This wine in my opinion is ready to drink today. Decanted for 3 hours, and over a 5 course meal, and battling 2 other great cabs (Larkmead 2009 cab, and Rattlesnake 2010 Barnett)
The wine looks Inky colored. The legs are Slow. On the nose, It smells like Forest floor, Mineral, and Light toast. The body is Medium. The wine has Silky texture. The wine finishes Long.
