Tuesday, May 21, 2013 - Day 2 of the opening of the 20 May bottle (see earlier notes).

Similar colour as yesterday. On the nose, similar intensity but the fruity and floral notes have taken more of a backseat today. Wehlener Sonnenuhr's minerally, salty slate has come out. The slightest hint of oxidation after 14 hours in a bottle. Precise. I can wear this scent as a cologne.

A wow on the palate. More rounded. Again, fruits down and minerals have come right up. But so long. Kabinett does not get much better than this.

Reluctantly, the last third of the bottle goes back into the fridge.
