Saturday, July 18, 2015 - Great Whites in the Steamy Pacific Northwest; 7/17/2015-7/18/2015 (Seattle): Light yellow. Flowers and the most glorious mixture of fresh, young fruit. Light weight, off dry old style Auslese. At turns, I got apple, peach, guava, and lime-just remarkable clarity of the fruit bathed in slate and fine acidity. Part of this pristine quality is that there is no botrytis to get in the way. This was a great bottle that will still turn heads 2 decades from now. Bravo!
