Sunday, January 24, 2021 - A nose of sour cherries, herbs and earth. The palate manages to combine a degree of elegance with a taught structure underneath - clearly from the Morey part of Chambolle. The palate has notes of sour red and black cherry, sous bois and a hint of pepper. A very fine Burgundy that will improve.
