Sunday, May 21, 2017 - Fairly muted nose of sour candy and fruit. Cherry cola dominates the palate. Feels light, but not necessarily thin. Definitely identifiable as a Willamette PN. Paired nicely with a pork loin in the slow cooker with applesauce.
