Conclusion: Very good quality Bourgogne with a reasonably intense nose of good complexity, even though the wine is still quite young it has demonstrated good potential, with good acidity on the palate and a nice concentration, plus a fairly long finish, on top of a firm structure with elegance and finesse. It is a bit too young now and would benefit from further ageing of another 3-5 years.

I like to take stock of comments and it seems like there are many opinions. I do want to age some of my whites, but there can be risk.

3/22/2016 5:19:00 AM - I did not have too many bottles laying down for a prolonged period to tell, but for those that I have tasted so far, not particularly a problem
