Sunday, January 30, 2022 - Deep, dense red colour. Peppers and dark fruits on nose - quite tight. Green pepper, dark berries and a slight herbal taste almost mint like. Smooth and round, this is very enjoyable. Medium to long finish. I think another six months to a year and this will be in a prefect spot.
