Saturday, March 15, 2008 - Drank with fois gras and a bit of roasted grapes, pear mustard and argula, then again after dinner with a cheese plate. Honey amber. Beautiful pineapple, pear and dried appricots. Sharp acidic tang. Honey and apricots on the finish. Nice transition. Very, very sweet, but outstanding balance with the acidity. After dinner (with an hour and a half of air) it was just stupendous.
