Wednesday, December 20, 2017 - A young cabernet that was closed when first opened, finally showed earth, black currant, and a hint of mint. A ruby hued wine with decent legs. Appealingly smooth on entry, but mouth coating tannin mid palate. The finish seemed average with more black currant. Still needs to mature for a few more years.
