Saturday, February 28, 2015 - La Paulée de New York Grand Tasting (Metropolitan Pavilion - New York NY): Tasting, brief note. Clearly the star of today's Lafarge 2011 lineup. Black cherry and berry with some anise and thyme. Still slightly backward, but with very good power.
