Friday, April 8, 2022 - Angerville spring break (Alex): In the glass, the wine is light amber yellow. The nose is round and mild. It has light spice notes, some oak, bread crust, and ripe baked fruit. On the palate, the wine has light oxidation notes, sweet fruit, and a finish with lemon. If I used a color to describe the taste, it would be light brown.
