Sunday, February 10, 2013 - Sparkling pomegranate/watermelon color. Extreme smells of dried rose petals with delightful highlights of cranberry/raspberry fruit and wet freshly cut hay. Nice subtle undertones of meatiness. This Rose is nice and frothy!! On the palate tart red cherry, cranberry, citrus, and hibiscus tea. Nice minerality, big deep and chalky. Very fun and very enjoyable!!
