Wednesday, March 16, 2016 - Wonderful Pinot. Not much on the first night, probably drank it too early. Second night was beautiful, dark and heavy with hints of tobacco and molasses. Third night, prunes. I'm happy to say I still have 2 more bottles so I can see how this one evolves.
